KLAUS (often stylized as -KLAUS-) by la cosa entertainment is a 2016 puzzle-platformer originally for the ps4, now also on steam and the nintendo switch.in it, you control a man who wakes up in a basement with the name KLAUS written on his arm and no memory of who he is, where he is, or how he got there. although you control what he does, you are Not klaus; the game acknowledges this very early on by having klaus speak and talk to you throughout the game. you later also gain control of K1, a large cheerful shirtless man who looks remarkably like a hulked out klaus.together you, klaus, and k1 travel throughout the building you're trapped in and try to figure out who klaus is, why he's here, and what happened to wherever you are in the first place.there's themes about identity + figuring yourself out + how capitalism fucks everyone and everything up. it's fun and the art is charming and the characters are ridiculously endearing. play it and then talk to me about it.here's the official website also
